This month's focus is preparing for summer cooling, window detail and getting your lawn geared up for summer.
Your tasks for the next 30 days are:
Lawn Prep: It's time to aerate and seed any patchy spots in your lawn to get ahead of the summer growth.
Window Detail: Clean all your window screens and wash the windows. Let that beautiful spring light shine in!
Range Filter Clean: Clean or replace the kitchen range hood filter. It's probably collected a lot of grease over the winter months.
Garage Door Love: Check the garage door mechanics. Lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs to ensure smooth, quiet operation.
Change Your Furnace Filter: Doing this every month is a inexpensive way to prevent costly repairs to your your A/C when you need it most.
